![]() ![]() I worked for BRP for a few years, I'm pretty familiar with their products but left a few months before the Maverick Sport was released, so I haven't had any hands on experience with the final product or the updated Commander. I've been out of the powersports scene for about 6 years now so I'm trying to play catchup on all the new models. So I'm thinking a SXS will be smarter to use than beating on my daily that often lol. I've had several ATV's over 14 years but never had a SXS. ![]() I normally take my Ford Ranger out trail riding every other month or so but I recently bought property with some friends and we're going to be going out more like every 3-4 weeks at least now. I'm looking at getting a SXS this year, and want some input on this vs that, and to hear the personal experiences of anyone that has or had one of the above models. Hi everyone, I'll start this off with a TLDR If you were looking at a 2020+ 2 seater RZR XP1000 premium, Wolverine RMax, Teryx KRX 1000 (base, trail, or special edition), Maverick Sport XMR, Commander XMR, and a Talon X, which would you get and why? Also, If you have any of these what is your favorite and least favorite things about them? sooo.Īny ideas what I screwed up by overloading payload and immediately trying to drive uphill? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! But I just opened the clutch housing to check and the belt and clutch appear to be working just fine. So I was worried I perhaps screwed that up somehow. ![]() Other info: 3 weeks ago I did a belt replacement. But when try to go fast or uphill, the RPM's rev high and it sounds like the motor is fine, but it has ZERO speed or power at all (literally creeps uphill at like 2-3 mph and won' go faster or take any weight), and has no power at all. I unloaded all the weight and started it again - appeared to be running fine when idling and/or driving on flat ground at slow speed. I put WAY too much wood in the bed and when I started driving, it sputtered, kicked out of gear, and then cut out. I live on a very hilly property and I was trying to move some large oak rounds for firewood splitting. I am having an issue since overloading the payload a couple days ago (yes I'm a dummy). Hi All- Long time reader, first time posting. And it's much cheaper than an installed stereo. It'll get so loud, that it can hurt your ears to walk over to turn it down. And it's got quality sound, that can be easily heard from a hundred yards away. I sidestepped all that by using a powered speaker. But if you're going over a true 40 watt per channel stereo. Only you know exactly what you have in mind for your build. Not hard to envision that a couple hours of listening to the radio while fishing.you might need that extra battery also. Every time it hit a bass note, the needle would tank. Because the thing about high amp draw accessories, is that the motor needs to be running. *The True Lithium Smart Battery Isolator is programmed with a 10 second delay before engaging or disengaging. The dual battery set up is still a great idea. When the vehicle is restarted and the start battery has recharged to 13.5 volts* the Lithium Smart Battery Isolator engages, the LED will illuminate and the second battery is connected to receive charging. When all voltage sources drop below 13.2 volts* (cut out threshold) the Lithium Smart Battery Isolator will disengage and the blue LED will go out.ģ. When the SBI LED is out the batteries are separated thus preventing the power of your start battery from being drained by use of the accessories powered from the second battery.Ĥ. When the engine is running and the charging source raises the voltage of the start battery to 13.5 volts* (cut in threshold), the True Lithium Smart Battery Isolator (SBI) engages and connects the two batteries to charge simultaneously. Works with all types of batteries including LithiumĦ. Unique design provides simple installationġ. Designed for multiple battery systems including lithium, AGM, lead acid.ģ.
